A reception with a cash bar and complimentary hors d'oeuvres begins at noon. Dinner will be served at 1:00 pm with a choice of entrees - vegetable Wellington, salmon, or peppercorn steak. The cost is $75 per person. You can respond by mailing your RSVP to our invitation.

The United Moravian Society's Omladina Dancers will perform traditional dances including a celebration of the Maypole. We will again have our popular silent auction featuring 1952 history books of Bohemian National Cemetery and other rare, unusual, and just-plain-fun items.

Reserve a table (or two!) for your extended family, your fraternal group, your book club, your softball team - any group of people with whom you'd enjoy celebrating the arrival of spring in support of a worthwhile cause.

Contribute by placing an advertisement !

Advertisements in our Mayfest booklet can be purchased to honor your ancestors, commemorate your family, or advertise your business. The booklet will be 8 ½ by 5 ½ inches, in black and white. It will be distributed at the Mayfest dinner and will be mailed to contributors who cannot attend.

Just fill out our booklet advertising request and mail it to the address on the form with a copy of your ad and a check. Email submissions of ads are welcome at, but don't forget to send your check by U.S. mail! Advertisement copy and payment must be received by April 15th.

Join us at our Mayfest dinner on May 1, 2011. Buy an ad in our Mayfest booklet. Contribute items for our silent auction. Or, if you prefer, simply make a check payable to Friends of BNC and note that you would like it to be for our Ceremony Hall Restoration.
